Alachua County   } Before me A.J. DaCosta DC personally
came W.E. Richardson one of the Witnesses to the foregoing instrument
of writing who being duly sworn says that he saw the same
signed sealed and delivered for the purposes therein contained
and that he together with Robt Campbell signed their names as
subscribing witnesses thereto.

This Indenture made and Entered into on this the Eleventh day of February
1871 - between Hardee Raulerson and his wife Sarah E. Raulerson parties
of the first part and Daniel P. Kirkland party of the second part -
Witnesseth = That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred and Fifty dollars ($250.00) lawful money of
U.S. To them in hand paid by said parties of the second part the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have given granted aliened bar-
gained sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part
all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Alachua County
State of Florida known as the North East quarter of S.W quarter of
section Twelve Township Eight south and range Twenty one East con-
taining forty acres more or less to have and to hold the above premises
together with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities
Easements and appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever
and the said parties of the first part do covenant and agree that they
have good right to convey the same free and discharged from all Encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description and unto the said
parties of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whosoever lawfully claiming the same and that they will at
any and at all times make such further covenants and assurances
at the Expenses of the said parties of the second part as he the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns or counsel learned in the
law may require - In testimony whereof the said parties of the
first part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the day
and year above written -
