County of Alachua } And now on this the Eleventh day of Feby 1871 comes
Sarah E. Raulerson wife of the grantor in the foregoing Deed she being examin-
ed before me E.J. Raymond a Judicial Officer in and for the County and State
of aforesaid separate and apart from her said husband acknowledges that
she Executed the foregoing deed freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
or compulsion fear or apprehension of or from her said husband - In token
whereof she doth as well the said Sarah E. Raulerson as the said Hardee
Raulerson have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the day and
year above written }

of NW1/4 sec 32 T 10 R 14 containing in all Three thousand six hundred and
sixty acres more or less and also the following lots in town of Newnansville
Alachua County Viz Lots 3,4,5,& 6, of Block 4 Range 3 and block 5 of
Range 3 & Block 5 of Range & Lots 3 of Block 4 R 6 lots 1 & 2 of Block
3 R 4 with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging This conveyance is intended as a mortgage to secure
the payment of Three certain promissory notes bearing even date here-
with for the sum of Eight hundred and fourteen 15/100 dollars each to be
