paid to the said Calvin B. Dibble or his order on the first days of Feb
AD 1871, 72 & 73 respectively with interest thereon from the dates thereof
at the rate of Eight percent pr annum which said notes have been
made and given this day by the said party of the first part to the said
party of the second part for one undivided half interest in the land
above described - and this Indenture further Witnesseth that if the
said party of the first part his heirs or legal representatives
shall well and truly pay to the said party of the second part or his
legal representatives the said promissory notes with the interest
thereon according to the tenor thereof then this obligation is to be void
and of no effect else to remain in full force and virtue.

This Indenture made this seventh day of February in the year Eighteen
Hundred and seventy one between Catherine H. Birney and William Birney
her husband both of Alachua County Florida of the first part and
Frederick Roberts of the same County and State of the second part Witnesseth=
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of six hundred dollars one third in hand paid to them and two
thirds secured by mortgage to them by the said Frederick do by these presents
Grant Bargain sell demise Release alien and confirm unto the said
Frederick Roberts and to his heirs and assigns forever the following
parcels of Real Estate situate in Alachua County Florida described
