to Waldo shall be forever kept open for the use of the public fifty feet wide
and the said parties of the first part their heirs Executors and administrators do cov-
enant Bargain and agree to and with the said Frederick Roberts his heirs and 
assigns That at the time of the delivery and ensealing of these presents the said
Catherine H. Birney is well seized of the above granted premises in fee simple
that they are free from all incumbrances whatever and that they will and their
heirs Executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same against
all lawful claims whatsoever - In witness whereof the said Catherine H. Birney
and William Birney her husband who signs this deed to signify his assent to and
approval of the same have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written.

County of Alachua }    On this seventh day of February AD 1871 William
Birney one of the grantors in the above Deed personally appeared before
me a Justice of the Peace of said County and acknowledged that he Ex-
ecuted the same for the purposes therein mentioned - In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned

Alachua County   }  Know all men that I who with my said husband
mentioned in the foregoing Deed of conveyance signed sealed and delivered
the same do acknowledge upon this my private Examination separate and
apart from my said husband before and by Edwin S. Raymond a
Justice of the Peace in and for the County stated that I Executed the same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehen-
sion or fear of or from my said husband and for the purposes therein
mentioned In Witness Whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my
seal this 7th day of February in the year Eighteen hundred and seventy one

Alachua County   }S.S.  Be it remembered that on this seventh day of Feb-
ruray in the year Eighteen hundred and seventy one personally came before
me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County stated an
officer authorized by law to take acknowledgements of the Execution of
Conveyances of Real Estate by Femes Covert Catherine H. Birney to me
well known as the wife of William Birney who upon private Examination
separate and apart from her said husband made and Executed the 
foregoing acknowledgement - In testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal the day and year before written.
