Know all men by these presents that the Trustees of The Internal Im-
provement fund under an act of The General Assembly of the state
of Florida Entitled "An act to provide for and Encourage a liberal
system of Internal Improvements in This state approved Jan. 6th 1855
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty Eight
86/100 dollars to them in hand paid by Edwin A. Studwell of the County
of          State of             have granted bargained and sold
and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Edwin A. Studwell and his heirs and assigns forever the following
described Lands to wit: The Township nine South of Range Fourteen
East Lot one of Section six (6) Lot nine (9) of section seven (7) west half
of South west quarter of Section Eight Lots six and seven of section

Eighteen North half of North East quarter South West quarter of South
East quarter fractional North west quarter South East quarter of
South west quarter and lot two of Section nineteen East half East
half of North west quarter Lots one three and four of section Thirty
and East half of South west quarter of section Thirty one containing
twelve hundred and Eighty Eight and sixty five hundredths acres 1285 65/100
and lying and being in the County of Alachua in said State of Florida
To have and to hold unto the said Edwin A. Studwell and his
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple - In testimony whereof a
majority of said Trustees have hereunto subscribed their names
and affixed their seals and have caused an impression of the
seal of "The Florida State Land office to be made hereupon at the
Capital in the City of Tallahassee on this the fifteenth day of
March AD Eighteen Hundred and seventy one.
