          This Indenture made the second day of January in the year one thousand
          Eight hundred and seventy one Between Theodarus Bailey Myers of the
          City County and state of New York and Catalina J. his wife parties of
          the first part and Ezekiel Jones of         in the state of Florida
          party of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
          part in consideration of the sum of Fourteen Hundred and fifty dol-
          lars to them duly paid before the delivery hereof have bargained and
          sold and by these presents do grant and convey to the said party of
          the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot
          piece or parcel of ground situate in the state of Florida in the
          Aredondo Grant and known as the south half and North East quarter
          of section (27) Twenty seven in Township (11) Eleven Range (21) Twenty
          one containing for hundred and Eighty acres be the same more or less
          with the appurtenances and all the Estate right title and interest
          dower and right of Dower of the said parties of the first part Therein
          and the said parties of the first part do hereby Covenant and
          agree to and with the said parties of the second part that at the time
          of the delivery hereof the said parties of the first part are the lawful
          owners of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
          absolute and that they will warrant and defend the said premises
          in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second
          part his heirs and assigns forever - In Witness Whereof the said
          parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the
