          Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the twenty fourth day of October one
          Thousand Eight hundred and seventy between A.J. Pope of the State and County aforesaid
          of the first part and Theophilus Williams of the same place of the second part
          Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
          sum of Two hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand
          paid by the party of the second part before the delivery hereof hath bargained
          and sold and by these presents doth grant and convey to the said party of
          the second part his heirs and assigns forever the following lots of land The 
          south East quarter of the South West 1/4 and the south West 1/4 of South west
          1/4 containing Eighty acres in section thirty in Township seven (7) South
          of Range 19 East Together with all and singular the tenements heredita-
          ments and appurtenances and all the Estate title and interest of the
          first party of the first part therein and the first party of the first part
          doth hereby Covenant and agree with the said party of the second part
          That at the delivery hereof the said party of the first part is legally au
          thorized to dispose of the premises above described and that he will
          and doth warrant the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable 
          possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
          forever - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
          this the 24th day of October 1870.
