acknowledged hath granted remised released and forever quit claim
and by these presents doth grant remise release and forever quit claim
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all
the dower and the thirds and all other right title interest propersy
claim and demand what soever in law and Equity of her the said
party of the first part of in and to all that certain piece or parcel
of land &c The South E1/4 of SW1/4 and SW1/4 of SW1/4 containing
80 acres more or less so that she the said party of the first part
her heirs Executors administrators or assigns nor any parson or
persons for her them or any of them shall not have claim
challenge or demand or to pretend to claim challenge or demand
any dower or thirds or any other right title claim or demand what-
soever of in and to the same or any part or parcel thereof in
whosoever hands ****** or possession the same may or can be and
thereof and therefrom shall be utterly barred and excluded forever

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and Entered into this 25th 
day of March AD 1871 between William Edwards and Julia
A. Edwards his wife parties of the first part and S.A. Peacock
party of the second part Witnesseth that for and in consideration 
of the sum of Two hundred dollars to the said parties of the
first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at the time of Executing this Indenture the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part hath
granted bargained and sold and doth hereby convey
unto said party of the second part all that certain tract
or parcel of land known and described as the north
