west quarter 1/4 and the west half 1/2 of he North quarter 1/4 of section
twenty seven (27) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty two (22) south and
East and containing Two hundred and forty acres more or less lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida - To have and 
to hold the same to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part her heirs Executors and assigns in
fee simple forever with all the rights improvements or appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining - And the said parties
of the first part do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part that they will and their heirs Exec-
utors and administrators shall warrant the title to the same
against any and all persons claiming or to claim by through or
under them - In testimony whereof the said parties have hereunto
set their hands and seals on the day first above written in
