adjudged a Bankrupt upon his own petition on the seventeenth
day of August AD 1869 before Franklin Fraser Esq Register
for said District - I Johnathan C. Greely General Assignee in
Bankruptcy duly appointed and qualified under the said
act of Congress and specially appointed in the Case of the
said Bankrupt in pursuance of the said act after having
given legal notice thereof did on the 19th day of January AD
1870, at Newnansville Expose and offer for sale at
auction to the highest bidder all that certain land and
Estate belonging to the Estate of the said Bankrupt and known
and described as follows to wit: Lots Three (3) and four (4)
Block four (4) Range two (2) in the Town of Newnansville and
sold the same to Talula A. Olmsted she being the highest bid-
der thereof for the sum of one hundred and seventeen dollars
lawful money of the United States - Now know all men by
these presents that I Jonathan C. Greely General & Special
assignee as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
of one hundred and seventeen dollars to me in hand
paid by the said Talula A. Olmsted at and before the
ensealing and delivery hereof have granted bargained
sold aliened released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien release convey
and confirm unto the said Talula A. Olmsted her heirs and
assigns forever all the said tract of land above described and
hereby conveyed together with all the improvements thereon
and the rights liberties privileges hereditaments thereunto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining and the reversions rents
profits and issues thereof - To have and to hold the said
tract or parcel of land above described hereditaments and
appurtenances unto the said Talula A. Olmsted her heirs and
assigns to and for her and their own use and behalf - In Witness
Whereof I the said Assignee have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 19th day of January in the year of our Lord
