presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyed and doth by
these presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and convey unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever that certain
piece or parcel or tract of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and better known on the public maps of said State
as the North half 1/2 and south west quarter (N1/2 & SW1/4) of the South
west quarter SW1/4 of the North East quarter (NE1/4) of section twenty
three S 23 of Township Eight (8) south S of Range Twenty one East
(R.21E) containing Thirty acres more or less Together with all the
improvements ways easements rights privileges and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the
remainders reversion rents issues and profits thereof with all
the Estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever whether
at law or in equity of the said party of the first part of in to or
or it the said piece or parcel of land and premises - To have and
to hold the said piece or parcel of land and premises with the appur
tenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to his and their own use benefit and behoof forever
And the said party of the first part as such trustee as aforesaid 
for himself and his heirs executors and administrators doth hereby
covenant promise and agree to and with the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns that he the said party of the
first part trustee as aforesaid and his heirs shall and will war
rant and forever defend the said piece or parcel of land and premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns from and against the claims of all persons
claiming or to claim the same in any part thereof by from under
or through him said trustee of the first part and further that
the said party of the first part and his heirs shall and will
at any and at all times hereafter upon the request and at the
cost of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
make and execute all such other deed or deeds or other as-
surance in law for the more certain and effectual conveyance
of the said piece or parcel of land and premises and appur-
tenances with the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns as the said party of the second part his heirs and as-
signs or his or their counsel learned in the law shall
advise devise or require. In testimony whereof the said
party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal
on the day and year first herein before written.
