This Indenture made and entered into this the twenty sixth day of December in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy between
Mathew Ennis and his wife Nancy Ennis of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida of the first part and James M. Sparkman of the said County and State
of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part in
consideration of Four thousand dollars to them in hand paid by the
said James M. Sparkman the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge
hath granted bargained sold released and confirmed and by these
presents doth grant bargain release sell and confirm unto the said
James M. Sparkman and to his heirs and assigns forever all that cer
tain tract or parcel of land known and described in the Ara-
dondo grant or tract as section No Eight and section seventeen
in Township No (9) nine in Range Twenty one containing twelve hun-
dred and eighty acres and forty one hundredths of an acre together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions re-
mainder and remainders issues and profits thereof and every part
and parcel thereof and also all the Estate right title interest trust
property claim and demands whatsoever both at law and in Equity of
the said parties of the first part unto or out of the said lands tenements
hereditaments and premises to have and to hold the said lands tenements
and hereditaments and all and singular attending the premises
herein before mentioned with these appurtenances unto the said
James M. Sparkman his heirs and assigns and to his and their only
proper use and behoof and the said Mathew Ennis and Nancy Ennis
his wife doth hereby for themselves their heirs Executors and adminis-
trators covenants promises and agrees to and with the said James M.
Sparkman his heirs and executors administrators and assigns in
manner and form following that is to say that the said James M.
Sparkman his heirs and assigns shall and may peaceably and
quietly have hold and enjoy the said land tenements hereditaments
premises and every part and parcel thereof without the least suit
trouble or eviction or disturbance of the said Mathew Ennis or Nancy
Ennis his wife their heirs or assigns in of or by any other person or persons
lawfully claiming or to claim from by or under or in trust for
them or any of them and the said lands tenements and premises
and every part and parcel thereof unto the said James M. Sparkman
