Alachua County   } This Indenture made the Fifteenth 
day of October AD Eighteen hundred & sixty seven, between
Frances P. Olmstead and Tallulah A. Olmstead his wife
parties of the first part of the County and State aforesaid
and Martha Rawls party of the second part, Witnesseth
that the parties of the first part for and in consideration 
of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid, at and before the Sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, and sold, and by these presents do grant
and convey unto the party of the second part the follow
=ing described parcel of land, known and described in
the plats of the Town of Newnansville as follows Commence
=ing at a point Seventy six feet East of the North West corner
of Block number (4) four Range number (2) Two running
South Two hundred & fifty (250) feet thence East One hun
=dred & thirty four (134) feet thence North two hundred &
fifty feet (250) thence West One hundred & thirty four (134)
feet to place of beginning lying and being Situate in
the Town of Newnansville County and State aforesaid
together with all and singular the appurtinances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To
have and to hold, unto the party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple, and that the
parties of the first part do covenant for themselves and
their heirs, with the party of the second part and her
heirs that they are seized of a good Estate of inheritance
therein, free from all incumbrances, and that they will
warrant and defend forever the above described
property unto the party of the second part her heirs
and assigns - In Witness whereof the parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands and
