        This Indenture made and Entered into on this the second day of
     November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and 
     seventy between S.R. McDonald and his wife Ida McDonald
     parties of the first part and Hardee Raulerson party of the
     second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
     for and in consideration of the sum of ($250) Two hundred and
     fifty dollars lawful money of U.S. to them in hand paid by
     the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
     acknowledged have given granted aliened bargained sold
     transferred and do by these presents give grant alien bar-
     gain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the sec-
     ond part all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in
     Alachua County State of Florida Known as the NE qr of 
     SW qr of section twelve Township Eight south and Range
     twenty one East Containing forty acres more or less to have and
     to hold the above premises together with all and singular the
     rights and privileges immunities Easements and appurtenances
     unto the said party of the second part and his heirs as their ab-
     solute property in fee simple forever and the said parties of the first
     part do covenant and agree that they have good right to convey the
     same as they have conveyed the same free and discharged from all
     Encumbrances and liens of any and Every nature and description
     and that the said parties of the second part his heirs and assigns
     shall quietly and peaceably Enjoy the above described premises
     against all persons whosoever lawfully claiming the same
     and that they will at any and at all times make such further
     covenants and assurances at the Expense of the said party of the
     second part as he the said party of the second part his heirs or
     assigns or counsel learned in the law may require.
