from her said husband acknowledges that she Executed

constraint or compulsion fear or apprehension of or from

This Indenture made and Entered into on this the 28th day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and seventy between A. McHan and his wife Zadie S. McHan
parties of the first part and Hardee Raulerson party of the
second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and twelve
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the sec-
ond part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted aliened Bargained sold transferred and
do by these presents give grant alien Bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part all that
tract or parcel of land known and described as follows
in Alachua County and State of Florida and better known
and described as follows as the North West quarter
(NW1/4) of the North West quarter (NW1/4) of section Thirteen
(S.13) Township Eight (8) south (T.8S.) of Range Twenty one
East (R.21E) containing Forty (40) acres more or less and
the North East Quarter (NE1/4) of the North East quarter
NE1/4 of section Fourteen (14) of Township Eight South
(T8S) of Range Twenty one (R21) East containing forty acres
more or less - To have and to hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights and privileges immun
nities Easements and appurtenances Thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
forever - and the said parties of the first part do cov-
enant and agree that they have good right to convey the
same as they have conveyed the same free and discharged
from all Encumbrances and liens of any and every na-
ture and description and that the said party of the sec-
ond part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
