This Indenture made and Entered into on this the twelvth day of June in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixty seven between James T.
Soulter and John McRae Trustees duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road Com
pany parties of the first part and John Elliott party of the second part - Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Twenty one dollars ($21.00) to them in hand paid by the party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted aliened bar-
gained sold transferred; and do by these presents give grant alien bar-
gain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part all
those several tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and more particularly known and described on the maps of
public surveys of said State as Lots (2) Two Three (3) six (6) seven (7) Eight (8)
nine (9) and ten (10) of section Fifteen (15) containing Two hundred and seventy
seven 277 68/ acres more or less - Also the West half of the North west quarter
South West quarter of North East quarter North West quarter of South East
quarter and North East quarter of south west quarter of section Twenty
one (S.21) containing Two hundred (200) acres more or less all in Town-
ship eleven South (T.11.S) Range Eighteen East (R 18.E) Also the following
lands in Township Eight South (T.8S) Range nineteen East Viz: The south
half of Lot five (5) of Section one (S.1) Containing Thirty five 35 17/ acres more
or less - Also the North half of North west quarter of section five (S.5) Con-
taining Seventy Eight 78 18/ acres more or less - Also the west half of north
west quarter East half and south west quarter of South East quarter of
section nine (S.9) containing Two hundred and two 202 30/ acres more or 
less - Also Lot one (1) and south half of Lot two (2) of section thirteen (S.13)
containing one hundred and forty three (143 56/) acres more or less - Also The
North west quarter of North East quarter North half of South west quarter
South half and North East quarter of North west quarter of section fifteen (S.15)
containing Two hundred and forty three (243 12/) acres more or less - Also the south
East quarter of North East quarter of section Seventeen (S.17) containing Forty
40** acres more or less - Also the East half of section Twenty Three (S.23) containing
Three hundred and twenty two (322 88/) acres more or less - Also lot five (5) South 
half of lot six (6) and south east quarter of south west quarter of section
Twenty Five (S.25) containing one hundred and seventy (170 42/) acres
more or less - Also south half of Lot Three (3) and Lots six (6) and Seven (7) of Section
Thirty five (S.35) Containing one hundred and ninety four (194 64/) acres more
or less Also in the Town of Archer County and State aforesaid Lots five (5)
and six (6) Block Twenty five (B.25) To have and to hold the above described
premises together with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities
Easements and appurtenances Thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing unto the said party of the second part and his heirs as their ab-
solute property in fee simple forever - And the said parties of the first
part for themselves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for the
said Florida Rail Road Company and for all others claiming by through
or under them or either of them do covenant and agree that they are
seized as Trustees of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above prem-
ises and that they have good right to convey the same as they have
conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and being
of any and every nature and description created by themselves as such
