This Indenture made the 21st day of April in the year one Thousand Eight
hundred and seventy Between Henry Frendenburg and Betsy
Frendenburg his wife of the City County & State of New York of the
first part and Abraham Frendenburg of same place of the second
part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part in
consideration of the sum of seventeen hundred and fifty dollars
to them duly paid before the delivery hereof have bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant and convey to the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
tract and parcel of land and premises situate lying and being
in the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida Commencing at a stake Thirty feet East of the South East
block
corner of lot^six (6) Range six (6) in the Town of Gainesville Thence along
the line dividing T. Ingrams from land belonging to the Town of
Gainesville five hundred and sixty feet (560) Thence South four
hundred & thirty feet (430) Thence West five hundred and sixty six
feet Thence North four hundred and thirty feet (430) to the point or
place of beginning. Also all that other tract of land and prem-
ises situate lying and being in Town County & State aforesaid
being known and distinguished as Block Two (2) bounded on
the west by the street running direct to the depot on the south
by street running East and West on the East by street running
North and south on the North by line dividing the land of T. Ingram
lots of the Town of Gainesville containing two hundred feet more
or less and the said herein first described tract containing 5
acres of land more or less with the appurtenances and all the
Estate right title and interest dower right and title of Dower
of the said parties of the first part therein and the said par-
ties of the first part do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said part of the second part that at the time of
the delivery hereof the said parties of the first part now
are the lawful owners of the premises above granted and
seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that they will
warrant and defend the said premises in the quit and
