my attorney for me and in my name for my use to collect by suit or otherwise
and upon payment to him to receipt for all debts or demands whatsoever
due or owing to me and Especially settle a mortgage given by Porter Barton
& Co of Gainesville State of Florida for five hundred dollars with interest
