Know all men that I William Ledwitch of the County of Monroe State of Florida
do hereby appoint Carlos Huntly of the City of Gainesville State of Florida
my attorney for me and in my name for my use to collect by suit or otherwise
and upon payment to him to receipt for all debts or demands whatsoever
due or owing to me and Especially settle a mortgage given by Porter Barton
& Co of Gainesville State of Florida for five hundred dollars with interest
at ten dollars per month whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do
