Alachua County } Before me D.A. Frier a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County personally came Frances P.
Olmstead and Tallulah Olmstead, and acknowledged that
the Executed the foregoing deed for the purposes therein
mentioned, and Tallulah A. Olmstead being examined by me
Separate and apart from her husband acknowledged
that she joined with her husband in the Execution of
of the same for the purpose of conveying all her dower or
right of dower in and the premises by said deed
conveyed, and that the same was done freely and voluntarily
without any fear apprehension or constraint of or from her
said husband, In Witness whereof She has hereunto

Alachua County } This Indenture made this the 12th day of
August AD 1869 in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred &
Sixty nine, between Benjamin P. Boulware and Sarah M. Boulware
his wife of said State and County of the first part and Frances
J. Pelzer and Francis S. Rogers of the City of Charleston and State
of South Carolina parties of the Second part, Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in considera
=tion of the sum Three thousand Seven hundred and forty
dollars and thirty Eight cents to them in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, paid by the said parties of
the Second part, to the said parties of the first part at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, hath
bargained, sold, aliened, and conveyed, and by these presents
doth bargain, Sell, alien, and convey unto the said parties
of the second part, their heirs Executors administrators and
assigns, the following tract or parcel of land, situated in
said County of Alachua and State of Florida, known and
described as Section Twelve (12) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty
South & East containing six hundred & fifty three acres more or less
Together with all the rights, privileges, immunities, tenements
hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging, To
Have and to hold the aforesaid premises together with all
and singular, the rights, privileges, immunities tenements heri
=ditaments and appurtinances belonging thereunto or in any
wise appertaining unto the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns in fee simple title forever, And the
