Bauknight party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, all the following property, to wit; the equity of redemption
of James F. Noland in one lot of land situated in the
town of Micanopy Florida known as the Frank Johnson place con
taining five acres more or less with all the improvements thereon
together with all the rights, titles, interest and equities which the said
James F. Noland had of, in, or to the same, To have to hold as fully
as I, the said George L. Barnes as sheriff as aforesaid might, could
or ought to sell and convey the same,

State of Florida } Whereas by orders of the honorable William Edwards
Alachua County   } Judge of the County Court for Alachua County Florida
and dated on the twelfth day of January AD 1870 and the other dated on the sixteenth day
of November AD 1870- I Cosmo O. Bailey Administrator of the Estate of James B.
Bailey deceased was duly Empowered and authorized to sell certain real Estate
in said petitions and orders described and hereinafter to be described and to make
good and valid titles to the same as Administrator as aforesaid said sales
to be made for the payment of the debts of the said Estate -
Now know all men by these presents that I Cosmo O. Bailey as adminis
trator as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and 
fifty dollars to me in hand paid by R. Fenwick Taylor of the aforesaid
County and State at and before the signing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said R. Fenwick Taylor The following described real property
belonging to said Estate To wit: Commencing Thirty (30) feet
south of the south East corner of the lot in the Town of
Gainesville Alachua County Florida known as The
Patterson lot thence south along the line of the street run-
ning between the lot owned by James B. Dawkins and
