Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
                   Angia S. Foster of the State and
County aforesaid for and in consideration of Five
Dollars to me in hand paid by W.P. Colclough the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and
sold and do by these assign and relinquish all my right
title and interest to or in a certain lot or parcel of
land lying being & situate in the Town of Gainesville
State aforesaid known and described as follows Block
number Two (2) Range Seven (7) to the map of the
                              made by 
Town of Gainesville aforesaid^O. Koerner Surveyor and dated
AD 1857, containing in all one acre of land more or less
togather with all the improvements thereon or thereunto belonging
and this Deed of signment is made with the intention and
for the purpose of relinquishment my right of Dower as
the wife of Thaddeus Foster in and to the said described lot.

Personally came before W.K. Cessna Mrs Angia Foster
who being duly Examined by me separate and 
apart from her husband says that she has made

without menace or fear threat of compulsion on the part
of her said husband
