State of Florida } This Indenture made this 24th day of Nov AD 1870 between George
Alachua County   } L. Barnes of said County Sheriff and Ex officio Administrator of
Daniel B. Coker deceased of the first part and Maria Fagan as administratrix
of Stephen Fagan deceased of said County of the second part Witnesseth: That
whereas by a certain decree rendered by his honor J.H. Goss Judge of the Circuit
Court 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida on the 3d day of Nov AD 1870 The said
party of the first part was required to speciffically perform a certain con-
tract for the sale of certain lands of the said D.B. Coker to the said party of
the second part bearing date The - day of January 1865 and to reference
the deed conveying said lands from said D.B. Coker to the said Stephen
Fagan in his life time bearing date the first day of February AD 1865.
Therefore Know all men by these presents That I George L. Barnes of said
County Sheriff as Ex officio Administrator of Daniel B. Coker deceased for and
in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to me in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and Enfeoffed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and en-
feoff unto the said Maria Fagan as administratrix of Stephen Fagan
deceased for the use and behoof of the heirs at law of the said deceased
the following described lands lying and being situate in the County of
Alachua State of Florida to wit. The Southeast quarter of section one
and the south East quarter of North West quarter of section one and the
North half of lot three section one and the North East quarter of section
twelve Township eight south Range Eighteen East and the south
west quarter of the southwest quarter of section one Township Eight
south range Eighteen east containing in all Three hundred and
fifty seven 78/100 acres more or less. To have and to hold the said premises
unto the said Maria Fagan as Administratrix of Stephen Fagan de-
ceased for the only proper use and behoof of the her heirs at law of
the said deceased forever - Witness my hand and seal the day
and year first above written.

and uses therein Expressed
