Alachua County   } This Indenture made and Entered Into
                  This the Twenty nineth day of March
AD Eighteen hundred and Seventy one, Between Martha Jane
Haynesworth and her husband R.P. Hainesworth of the
County and State aforesaid, parties of the first part and 
Raifaila S. Wilson of the same place of the second
part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred
and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given granted,
bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents
doth give, grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part and to her heirs by her
present husband Lemuel Wilson all of that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
and State aforesaid Known and described in the
United States Land Office as follows to wit; the North
East quarter of Section five in Township Eight South
of Range nineteen East, and all that part of lots one
Two and three (1) (2) (3) of said Section which lies North
of the road runing east from Newnansville Known as
the old Black Creed Road and containing in all
about Two Hundred acres more or less togather with all
the improvements and appurtenances there unto
belonging or in any wise appurtaining -
To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party
of the second part and to her heirs as aforesaid and
their assigns forever in fee simple. And we the said
parties of the first part for ourselves our heirs Executors
and administrators do hereby covenant and agree
to Warrant and defend the title herein conveyed
unto the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns as aforesaid forever by these presents
and the said parties of the first part for themselves
their heirs Executors administrators and assigns do
further covenant and agree to and with the said
party of the second part her and their heirs Executors
administrators and assigns that we will and do
