hereby give and grant unto them privalage of cutting and
keeping open so long as they shall desire not exceeding three
ditches through the lands of the parties of the first part on the
south side of the road above mentioned and adjoining thereto
in ordermore effectually to drain the premises hereby granted
said ditches to be cut as near as may be in natural
drains now running through the adjoining lands of the said
parties of the first part.
In testimony whereof we the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set my hands & Seals the day and year
