Alachua County   } Whereas by order of the Honorable William Ed-
wards Judge of the County Court for Alachua County, Florida,
one dated on the twelfth day of January AD 1870, and the
other dated on the sixteenth day of November AD 1870 I Cosmo O.
Bailey Administrator of the Estate of James B. Bailey deceased was duly
Empowered and Authorized to sell certain real Estate in said Petitions
and orders described and to make good and valid titles to the
same as administrator as aforesaid said sales to be made for
the payment of the debts of the said Estate: Now Know all men by
these presents that I Cosmo O. Bailey as Administrator as aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and ninety dol-
lars to me in hand paid by John OMally of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida at and before the signing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained sold and conveyed; and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said John OMally the following described real
property belonging to said estate, to wit Commencing at a Pine tree
distant from the half mile stake of the Western boundary line
of section Five, Township ten, Range Twenty (20) running East
Ten chains and sixty links, thence south Twelve and a half
chains, thence East Twelve chains and ninety links, thence
North six chains and ten feet, thence west four hundred
and twenty chains feet, thence North four hundred and 
twenty feet, thence West four hundred and thirty feet sev-
en (37) feet to the place of beginning containing thirteen
acres. To have and to hold the same   him the said John Omally
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, in fee simple

who being duly sworn says that he saw Cosmo O. Bailey
as administrator sign, seal, and deliver the foregoing in-
strument of writing for the uses and purposes therein ex-
pressed and that he together with S.F. Harvard signed the
same as subscribing witnesses thereto
