Baldwin County } Know all men by these presents that I, Charles P. Craw-
ford of said County have appointed and Constituted Oscar A. Myers of
Alachua County Florida my attorney at Law and agent in fact with
full power & Authority to dispose of my house and lot in the town of
Gainesville Florida to make any Contract relating thereto & bind me
to the same as fully and perfectly as I could do in person.

sideration of the delivery to me as attorney in fact of C.P. Crawford of his prom-
issory note dated July 3-1869 - given in purchase of the premises described
in the underwritten mortgage & in a deed not recorded from S. McCall to
said Crawford of even date of with said mortgage and also in the above power of
Attorney I have Cancelled and annulled and do by these presents Cancel
and annul the aforesaid Contract of purchase the said unrecorded deed
and the underwritten mortgage and bind the said C.P. Crawford to the
said recission and Cancellation of said Contract as full and perfectly
as he Could do so in person - Witness my hand and seal this 1st day of
March A.D. 1871  }

Between George L. Barnes Sheriff of said County 
of the first part and Elias Bauknight of the 
County of Alachua State of Florida of the second part 
Witnesseth that, Whereas by virtue of sundry writ of Fieri 
Facias  - issued out of the County Court for said County 
and to him, the said Sheriff directed he was Commanded 
that of the goods and Chattles lands and tenements of 
James F. Noland he cause to be made the sum 
of Two Hundred and Sixty three 32/100 Dollars with interest 
thereon togather with Costs of suit as well as the sum
of one Hundred and forty Seven 46/100 Dollars with interest
