Know all men by these presents that the Trustees of the
Internaol improvement Fund under an act of the General AS-
sembly of the State of Florida entitled "An Act to provide for and
Encourage a liberal System of Internal Improvements in
this State" approved January 6th 1855 for and in Consideration
of the Sum of one dollar and twenty five Cents per acre to
them in hand paid by Edward Remington of the County of 
Thomas State of Georgia have granted bargained and
sold and do by these presents grant bargain Sell and con-
vey unto the said Edward Remington and his heirs and
assigns forever the following described Lands to wit: The

East half of the South East Quarter of Section Thirteen in
Township Eight South of Range Nineteen East and the Lot
Numbered Seven of Section Eighteen and the Lot numbered
six of Section Nineteen in Township Eight South of Range
Twenty East Containing Three hundred and Sixty Eight-
91/100 Acres and lying and being in the County of Alachua in
Said State of Florida to have and to hold unto the Said
Edward Remington and his heirs and assigns forever in
fee Simple- In testimony whereof said Trustees have
here to Subscribed their names and affixed their Seals and
have Caused an impression of the Seal of the Florida
State Land Office to be made hereupon at the Capital in
the City of Tallahassee on this the 5th day of September
A. D. Eighteen hundred and Sixty two.
