Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I William G. Colson
Guardian of Sarah M. Mott (a minor) by virtue of authority vested in
me as such Guardian and by virtue of an order issued out of the
County Probate in and for said County dated May the first AD 1871 have
this day sold at public outcry after due legal advertisement a copy of
which advertisement is hereunto attached the following property to wit:
an undivided interest of one fifth part in the East half of the North
East quarter of section Twenty one (21) and the west half of the south
west quarter of section twenty two (22) in Township seven south Range
nineteen East unto A.L. Markee for the sum of ten ($10.00) dollars that
being the highest amount bid for the same and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said A.L. Markee all
the right title interest and claim of the said Sarah M. Mott in and
to the above described property to have and to hold the same unto his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hun-
dred and seventy one }

Notice
Six weeks after the first publication of this notice I will apply
to the Honorable William Edwards Judge of the County Court of Alachua
County for leave to sell an undivided interest of one fifth part
in the East half of the Northeast quarter of section 21 and the west
half of the south west quarter of section twenty two in Township
7 south of Range 19 East. The said undivided fifth of the same
being the property of Sarah M. Mott a minor and upon obtaining
leave from the Court I will proceed to sell the same at public out-
cry before the Court House door in the town of Gainesville to the
highest bidder on Monday the first day of May next within
the legal hours of sale

Alachua County } of said County personally came P.H. Young one
of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing deed who being duly sworn
says upon oath that he saw the said deed signed sealed and delivered
for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
