interest thereon and cost of Suit which William
D. McDuern, lately recovered in the Circuit Court of Alachua
County Viz: on the twenty fifth day of June AD 1869 as also the
Sum of Two thousand One hundred & fifty Eight dollars
with interest thereon and Costs of Suit which the
Bank of Camden South Carolina lately recovered in
the Circuit Court of Alachua County Viz: on the Twenty
fourth day of June AD 1869, as also the Sum of Nine hun
=dred Eighty five dollars with interest thereon, and costs
of Suit which James D. Matheson lately recovered in the
Circuit Court for Alachua County Viz on the Eleventh
day of May AD 1868 against Said Edward E. Adams,
and whereas the said Sheriff by virtue of said 
writ did on the twenty fifth day of January AD 1868, 
levy upon and seize the property herein after described, and 
whereas the said Geo L. Barnes as aforesaid did by
virtue of said writs and pursuant to the Statutes in 
such Cases made and provided, duly advertise 
the said property for sale on Monday the first
day of February AD 1869, being the day of the
date of these presents, and did on this day Sell 
the same at public auction according to law 
to the said James D. Matheson of Alachua County
for the sum of fifteen hundred Dollars, being the 
highest bidder for the same. Now therefore Know 
ye that I the said Geo L. Barnes as said Sheriff
by virtue of said writs in such Cases made and 
provided and in Consideration of the said 
sum of fifteen hundred Dollars to me paid 
by the party of the second part, have granted sold
and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell, unto the 
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
forever all the following property viz= the North half 
of lot no four of the twenty thousand Acres tract of
land granted to Moses E. Levy the south half of lot
No five of the same grant, *and defendant Edward
E. Adamson's interest in the North West Corner of lot
twelve the same being one third interest in one hundred
and sixty Acre's of the same grant, also the North
half of the south half of lot no four of same grant
Containing four hundred and sixteen acres more or
less Conveyed to Edward E. Adamson by Madison S. Perry
Administrator of the Estate of H.N. Hall deceased Also
section thirty four Township ten south of Range twenty
one East, the East half of Section twenty Eight, and
the North half of Section Nineteen of the same Township
and Range, Containing in all three thousand four
hundred Acres more or less
