This Indenture made and Entered unto this first day of May
A.D. 1871, between A.L. Markee of the first part and Wm G. Colson
of the Second part all of Alachua County and State of Florida
Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of ten
($1000) dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the
said party the first part has granted bargained and sold
and by these presents does grant bargain & Sell unto the
Said party of the Second part the following property to wit
an undivided one fifth interest in the East half of the NE
quarter of Section twenty one (21) and the West 1/2 of the SW
quarter of Section (22) twenty two in Township Seven (7) South
of Range (19) nineteen East together with all the right title
interest and Estate in and to the Same to have and to hold
the same to said party of the second part his heirs Exec-
utors administrators and assigns for Ever in fee Simple
In Witness Whereof the Said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and seal this day and year above
written
