To all Persons to whom these presents shall come Greeting!
Whereas by virtue of proceedings held under and in pursuance
of an act of Congress Entitled an act to establish a uniform
system of Bankruptcy through out the United States, approved
March 2d 1867 in the District Court of the United States for
the Northern district of Florida in the case of Lemuel
Wilson of Alachua County Florida Who was adjudged
a Bankrupt upon his own petition and Whereas I Johnathan
C. Greely; assignee of the above named Bankrupt, duly
chosen appointed and qualified did on the - day of -
- 18- present his petion to the aforesaid Court setting
forth among other things that he believed it to be for the
interest of the creditors that the Estate should be sold and
praying the said Court that the said real Estate might be
sold in pursuance of the act of congress in such case
made and provided and the said petion having been refered
by the said Court to Franklin Fraser Register in Bankruptcy
for said District for Examination and to make such order
thereon as should be proper and according to Law and
the said Register upon Examination thereof, did order and
direct that the said assignee, after having given due notice
  the
of^time and place of sale should Expose the said Real
Estate for sale by public auction and sell the same to the
highest bidder therefor and clear all Encumbrances and
the said Jonathan C. Greely assignee as aforesaid of the
said Bankrupt, after having given legal notice of the
time and place of sale, did on the Fifth day of May
1870 at Jacksonville Florida Expose and offer for^auction

to the highest bidder all that certain land and Estate -
belonging to the the Estate of the said Bankrupt and known
and described as follows to wit. N1/2 of NE1/4 and NW1/4

of Sec (4) Four Township (8) Eight Range^Seventeen S & E,

containing^Two Hundred and forty acres more or less, Also lots
(5,6,7 & 8) Five Six Seven and Eight in Block (5) Five Range
(2) Two and all of Block (5) five Range (5) ***** in the
Town of Newnansville Alachua Co Florida, and sold the
same to Franklin Dibble he being the highest bidder therefor
for the sum of one Hundred and ninety nine 20/100 Dollars
lawful Money of the United States, Now Know all Men by these
presents that I Johnathan C. Greely assignee as aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and
ninety nine 20/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by Franklin
Dibble at and before the ensealing and delivery thereof
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell alien, release convey and confirm unto the said Frank
lin Dibble his heirs and assigns, forever all the said
tract of land above described and hereby conveyed together with all
the improvements thereon and the rights liberties privileges heredit-
