Whereas by virtue of proceedings held under and
in pursuance of an act of Congress Entitled
and act, to Establish a uniform system of
Bankruptcy throughout the United States approved
March 2d 1867, in the District Court for Northern
District of Florida in the case of Frank P.
Olmstead of Alachua County Florida who was adjudged
a Bankrupt upon his own Petion and Whereas Jonathan
C. Greely Assigne of the above named Bankrupt
duly appointed chosen and qualified did on the
day of 18th present his petition to the
