real Estate might be sold in pursuance of the act
of Congress in such case made and provided and
the said petition having been refered by the said Court
to Franklin Fraser Register in Bankruptcy for said
District after Examination and to make such order
therein as should be proper and according to law
and the said Register upon Examination thereof
did order and direct that said assignee after
having given due notice of the time and place
of sale should Expose the said real Estate for
sale by public auction and sell the same to the
highest bidder therefor and clear of all encumbrances
of the said Bankrupt after having given legal notice
of the time and place of sale did on the Fifth day
of May 1870 at Jacksonville Florida Expose and
offer for sale at auction to the highest bidder
all that certain land and Estate belonging to the
Estate of said Bankrupt and known and described
as follows to wit: E1/2 of NW1/4 Sec (9) nine Township
(9) Nine W1/2 of NE1/4 of SW1/4 Sec (12) Twelve Township
(8) Eight SE1/4 of SW1/4 and SW1/4 of SE1/4 of same
Sec and Township also NW1/4 of NE1/4 and NE1/4
of NW1/4 Sec (13) thirteen Township (8) Eight all in Range
(18) Eighteen S & E containing Two hundred and sixty
acres more or less also south half of Block six (6) Range
(2) Two and Block (6) six Range three (3) in the town of
Newnansville Alachua County Florida and sold
the same to Franklin Dibble he being the highest
bidder therefor for the sum of one hundred and forty
three 80/100 Dollars lawful money of the United -
Now know all men by these presents that I Johnathan
C. Greely assignee as aforesaid for and in consider-
ation of the sum of one hundred and forty three
80/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by the said Franklin
Dibble at and before the Ensealing and delivery
hereof have granted bargained, sold aliened released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell alien release convey and confirm
unto the said Franklin Dibble his heirs and assigns
forever all the said tract of land above described and
hereby conveyed togather with all the improvements thereon
and the rights liberties privileges hereditaments thereunto
belonging or in any way appertaining and the
reversions rents, profits and Issues thereof -
To Have and To Hold, the said tract or parcel
of land above described hereditaments and 
appurtenance unto the said Franklin Dibble his
heirs and assigns to and for their and his own use
