County of Alachua } This Indenture made this Seventh
day of March AD 1870 between George
L. Barnes Sheriff of said County of the first part and J.J.
Sealey of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the
second part, Witnesseth that Whereas by virtue of a
Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the County Circuit
Court for said County and to him the said Sheriff
directed he was commanded that of the goods and
chattles lands and tenements of Martha Rawls he
cause to be made the sum of one Hundred and Forty
seven 66/100 Dollars with interest thereon togather with costs
of suit which Wm C. Browning lately on the on the 2d
day of March AD 1870 recovered in our Circuit Court
against Martha Rawls and Whereas I George L.
Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of said writ
did on the 5th day of Feby AD 1870 levy upon and
seized the property herein after described and did
