Know all men by these presents that I Mary M. Simonton wife
of John A. Simonton of my own free will and accord become a 
party to the foregoing indenture of Deed with the view of renounces
all my right of Dower in and to the town lot of land therein and 
thereby conveyed to Mrs. Cynthia Winecoff by my said husband.
Witness my hand and seal the fifteenth day of April A.D. 1871.

Alachua County   }  Personally appeared before me D.P. Newsom
a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid
Mary M. Simonton wife of John H. Simonton who on a private 
examination separate and apart from her said husband 
acknowledged that she executed the foregoing relinquishment
of Down of her own free will and accord free from any fear 
compulsion apprehension or constraint of or from her said hus-
band. In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and affixed my seal on this 15th fifteenth day of April A.D. 1871.

Personally appeared before me D.P. Newsom a Justice of the 
Peace in and for the County of Alachua & state of Florida. John
H. Simonton & Mary M. Simonton his wife who acknowledged that 
they executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance of their own accord 
& for the purposes therein set forth Witness my hand and seal 
this fifteenth day of April A.D. 1871.
