by me duly sworn, did depose and say, that he saw James 
T. Soutter and John McRae grantors in the foregoing
Instruments sign, seal and deliver the same and heard them
acknowledge that they did execute it as their voluntary
act and deed,

            Know all Men by these presents that I 
Mary M. Dell of the County of Alachua & State of Florida
administratrix of the goods & estate which were of Philip
Dell late of said County & State deceased.  Whereas by an
order of the Judge of Probate, I the said Mary M. Dell
admx was licensed & empowered to Sell and pass deeds
to convey the real estate of the said Philip Dell dcd here
after described and whereas I the said admx having
given public notice of the intended sale did on the 8th
day of March AD 1869 pursuant to the licensed notice
aforesaid sell by public auction of real estate of the
said Philip Dell dcd hereinafter described to Robert
N. Harris of the County & State aforesaid for the Sum of One
hundred and ten dollars he being the highest bidder
therefore: Now therefore I Mary M. Dell admx by virtue of
the power in me vested and in consideration of the sum
of One hundred & ten dollars to me paid by the said Harris
do hereby grant, bargain, Sell, and convey unto the said
Robert N. Harris his heirs and assigns the following tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Newnansville
County & State aforesaid & described as follows, in the official
Survey of the Town made by Geo Washington in 1852 Viz Block
No One Range No four containing four acres & fifty nine One
hundredths of an acre (4 59/100) to have and to hold the
above granted premises to the said Robert N. Harris his heirs
& assigns to his & their use & behoof forever. And the said
Admx do hereby covenant with the said Harris that all
the requirements of the law in such cases have been
complied with. In witness whereof I the said Mary M.
Dell admx have hereunto set my hand & seal this the eighth
day of March AD 1869 One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty nine
