This Indenture made this the Seventeenth day of May A.D. one 
Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy one between Martha B. Sistere 
of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida party of the first part 
and Virginia E. Wilson of the County and State aforesaid of the 
Second part Witnesseth:  That the Said party of the first part for 
and in consideration of the love she bears hath bargained and 
by these presents doth grant and convey to the said part of the 
second part her heirs and assigns forever all that certain 
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua 
and State of Florida known as the West half of the North West quarter 
and NW1/4 of the South West quarter of Section Six in Township 
Eight South of Range Nineteen (19) East and East half of North East 
quarter and SW1/4 of North East quarter of section one in Township 
Eight South of Range Eighteen (18) East containing two hundred 
and forty acres more or less - To have and to hold the aforesaid 
premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any 
wise appertaining with her the Said Virginia E. Wilson in fee 
simple forever - In witness whereof I have hereunto set my 
hand and Seal this the Seventeenth day of May A.D. one Thousand 
Eight hundred and Seventy one.

Alachua County  Before me H.S. Harmon Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the said County personally came M.H. Lucy who being duly
sworn deposes and says that he saw Martha B. Sistere sign the 
above deed for the uses and purpose Therein set forth and 
that he together with H.M. Wilson Signed the same as subscri
bing witnesses.
