State of Florida } This indenture made the Eighth day of November
Alachua County } in the year One Thousand Eight hundred and sixty
nine (1869) between John Summers Administrator of all and
singular the goods and chattels rights and credits which were
of the Estate of the late John Wesly Summers (Decd) of the County
and State aforesaid of the first part and Joshua Heidt of
said County & State of the second part Witnesseth That the
said party of the first part by virtue and authority to
him given in and by an order issued from the Judge at
the County Court of Alachua County and for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred & fifty $550) dollars lawful money
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
release alien convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land being situate and lying in Alachua
County known and described as SE1/4 Sec 3 T.8 Range
18 E containing one hundred acres together with all and
singular the Tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in any wise belonging and also all
the Estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever
both in law and Equity which the said intestate had in his
life time of or in to the said One hundred acres of land.
To have and to hold the premises above mentioned and
described with their appurtenances unto the party of the
second part his heirs and assigns to his and their only prop-
er use and benefit & behoof forever
