Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I E.L. King of the State and
County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand dollars
to me in hand paid by H.B. King the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold delivered and conveyed and by these presents
grant bargain sell deliver and convey unto the said Henry B. King all that
tract or parcel of land situated in the Arredondo Grant known by survey
as section (13) Thirteen Township (10) ten Range (21) twenty one Together with
all the rights members hereditaments or appurtenances to the premises
belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining to have and to hold
all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said H.B. King
his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs Exec-
utors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular
the said premises unto the said - - - - Henry B. King his heirs and
assigns against any and Every other person or persons lawfully claim-
ing or to claim the same or any part thereof - In witness Whereof
I affix my hand and seal this May 8th 1871.

came E.L. King who being duly sworn deposes and says that he signed
and sealed the foregoing instrument for the purposes and uses

This Deed made this sixteenth day of July in the year one thousand
Eight hundred and sixty seven between Charles W. Brush Executor
of the last will and testament of Nehemiah Brush deceased
of Baltimore City in the State of Maryland of the first part and
Loujam Davis Alexander Hamilton Ethan Owen Henry Roberts
William Anderson Adam Dancy Shadrick M. Abednego
Robert McDuffie and Docter McDowell Trustees of the Mount
Pleasant Methodist Episcopal Church of the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part
Whereas Nehemiah Brush departed this life leaving a last
will and testament dated the 10th day of March 1843 which
will has been duly proven and is now of record in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of the said County of Alachua - and whereas
the said Charles W. Brush the only surviving Executor in said
will named under and by virtue of the power and authority
thereby vested in him hath sold to the said parties hereto
