of the second part Trustees as aforesaid the lot or parcel
of ground hereinafter described for the sum of one hun-
dred and sixty dollars which sum the said parties of the
second part have paid to the said Brush as is hereby ac-
knowledged - Now this Indenture Witnesseth that in con-
sideration of the above recited premises and of the sum of one
dollar the said Charles W. Brush Executor as aforesaid
doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said parties
hereto of the second part all that certain lot piece or
parcel of ground situate and lying in the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida which is de-
scribed as follows that is to say - Beginning for the same at
The south East corner of square or lot number twenty four
(24) as laid down upon William's map of Brush's addition to
Gainesville and running thence westerly bounding on the
south line of said square or lot six hundred and sixty feet
(660) or thereabouts to the South west corner of said square Thence
northerly binding on the west line thereof one hundred and thirty
two (132) feet: thence Easterly parallel with the south boundary
line of said square six hundred and sixty (660) feet to the East
boundary line thereof and thence southerly one hundred and
thirty two (132) feet in a straight line to the place of beginning
Being part of the same property that by decree of the Circuit
Court of St Johns County in the case of Brush and others a-
gainst Pratt and others was confirmed to the heirs of the said
Nehemiah Brush as by reference to the said decree recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the said County of Alachua will
more fully appear - Together with all and singular the
Estate right title and interest which the said Testator had
in his life time and at the time of his decease of in and to
the same - To have and to hold the above described lot or
parcel of ground with the appurtenances unto the said
parties hereto of the second part and their successors in

a Commissioner appointed by the Governor of Florida and duly
qualified to take acknowledgement of Deeds &c in the State
of Maryland that are to be used or recorded in the said State
of Florida personally appeared Charles W. Brush to me
personally well known to be the party grantor described
in and who Executed the foregoing deed, and acknow-
ledged that he had Executed the same for the
