Alachua Co        }  Know all men by these presents that I E. Peeler of
Alachua County State of Florida of the first part for and in Consider-
ation of the Sum of $25, twenty five dollars lawful money of the United
States to me in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents by Mrs E.C. Snowden of the Same place of the Second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey
unto the said party of the Second part her Executors adminis-
trators and assigns Two black no horn Cows with their two Calves
One Cow is branded JC and (3), and the other SC One calf red and
the other black - To have and to hold the same unto the
said party of the second part her Executors Administrators
and assigns forever - And I do for myself my heirs Executors admin
istrators Covenant and agree to and with the said party of the
second part to warrant an defend the sale of said Cows and
Calves hereby sold unto the said party of the second part her
Executors administrators and assigns against all and Every
person and persons whomsoever In Witness Whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of May AD 1871

This indenture made the 25th day of March AD one Thousand
Eight hundred and seventy between Henry Bradford of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and Kate A. his wife of the first part
and Joshua Heidt of the County & State aforesaid of the Second part
Witnesseth: That the Said parties of the first part for and in Con-
sideration of the Sum of fifty dollars to them paid by the party
of the Second part hath bargained sold and Conveyed unto the said
second party his heirs and assigns the following described real
Estate lying and being Situate in the County and State aforesaid
and described as follows viz: beginning at a point nine chains and
twenty five links south of the north west Corner of Section 11, T8,
R 18 S&E thence South twenty three Chains -
