This Indenture made and entered into this twenty fifth day of May Anno
Domini One Thousand Eight hundred and seventy one Between Stephen
McCall and his wife Pricilla McCall of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida parties of the first part and Leonard G. Dennis of the same County
and State - Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three hundred Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before the Enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
convey convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever all the following lot tract or parcel of
land situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville County of
Alachua and State of Florida and known and described as follows:
In the plan of the said Town of Gainesville as Lot No Two (2) Block
Three (3) Range six (6) being Two Hundred feet back and one 
Hundred feet front or thereabouts - Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the Estate right title interest dower and right of dower property
possession Claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to hold
the aforesaid bargained premises together with all and singular
the rights members tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging unto the said party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns to him and his own sole proper use benefit and behoof in
Fee simple forever - And the said parties of the first part for
their heirs Executors and administrators do hereby covenant with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they
are lawfully seized of said premises as of fee and have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same and that they will
and their heirs executors and administrators shall forever war-
rant and Defend the title to said premises unto the said
Leonard G. Dennis of the second part his heirs and assigns against
the claims of any and all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
the same - In Testimony Whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and 
date first above written }

Know all men by these presents that I Pricilla McCall wife
of the above named Stephen McCall do by these presents made
and Executed by me separate and apart from my said husband
and in the presence of S.F. Halliday a Judicial officer of this State
acknowledge and declare that I did make myself a party to the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing my right
