to Moses E. Levy in the Arredondo Grant: and the South
half of Lot number Five of the Same grant: and the
interest which belonged to Edward E. Adamson, in
the North West Corner of Lot number Twelve, the Same
being One third interest in One hundred and Sixty acres
of the Same Grant: and an undivided half of the North
half of the South half of Lot number four of the Same
grant Containing four hundred and Sixteen acres more
or less, and which latter was Conveyed by Madison S. Perry
as administrator of the Estate of N.H. Hall deceased to
the said Edward E. Adamson ~ To Have and to hold
all the aforegranted lands unto the said party of the
Second part and his heirs and assigns in fee Simple
title forever And the said party of the first party doth
warrant to defend the title to the same against himself
and all persons, claiming by through or under him
unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and
