Alachua and State of Florida being part of a grant made by the
Spanish Government to Frances P. Sanches containing forty acres
To have and to hold the premises above described to him Samuel
D. Robinson as Trustee for Martha Ann Robinson and John Morgan
Robinson minors all Except (4) four acres in the North west corner
of said described land upon which stand a dwelling and other
buildings which together with the said four acres of land before
described I Jacob E. Robinson of the first part by these presents
doth convey and the said Samuel D. Robinson of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever The remaining (36) Thirty Six (36)
acres of the above described land to be held by the said Samuel
D. Robinson in Trust until the said John Morgan Robinson minor
shall have attained the age of (21) Twenty one years and the said
party of the first part doth hereby covenant that he is lawfully
seized of said premises and will warrant and defend the same
to the said parties above named his heirs and assigns forever. The

of the said Jacob E. Robinson affixed their names to the same
