This Indenture made and Entered into on this the tenth day of
March AD One thousand Eight Hundred & seventy one be-
tween James M. Sparkman & his wife Sinah Sparkman
parties of the first part and Hardee Raulerson party of 
the second part Witnesseth: That the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of ($800.00)
Eight hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargain-
ed sold transferred and do by these presents give
grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part all that lot or parcel of
land lying and being in the town of Waldo County of
Alachua and State of Florida better known on the plat
of said town as lot number (5) five in Block number
Twenty four (24) being the SW corner of said Block
which is yet unsurveyed but lies on said plat di-
rectly NW of Block number Eighteen (18) To have and 
to hold the above described premises together with all and
singular the rights and privileges immunities Easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
forever - and the said parties of the first part for
themselves and for all others claiming by through or
under them or either of them do covenant and agree
that they are seized of a good and indefeasable fee
simple to the above premises and they have good right
to convey the same as they have conveyed the same free
and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any
and every nature and description and that the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described prem-
ises against all persons whosoever lawfully claiming
the same - In testimony whereof said parties of
the first part have hereunto affixed their hand this the
day & year above written }
