Separate and apart from her said husband declares that she
signs the foregoing freely and voluntarily and without any fear
or Compulsion of her said husband - In testimony Whereof

Alachua County } This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of
October the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
seventy between Samuel Cameron of said State and County of the
first part and J.C. Gardner of the same State and County as trustee
for Wm W. Cameron of the second part Witnesseth that the Said
Samuel Cameron as well for and in Consideration of the
natural love and affection which he the said Samuel
hath and beareth unto and toward the Said Wm W. Cameron
as also for the better maintenance support and livelihood
of him the said Wm W. Cameron hath given granted and
Confirmed & by these presents do give grant and Convey
unto the said J.C. Gardner in trust for the sole use
benefit and behoof of Wm W. Cameron all and singular
the following named property: One dark Bay mule 100
bushels of Corn One thousand & five hundred pounds fodder
all of my interest in plantation tools - One Sugar Mill -
$4000 worth Sugar Cane my interest in a two horse wagon
5 bushels Oats - thirty bushels Cotton Seed - To have and to
hold all and singular the personal Estate aforesaid
unto the said J.C. Gardner his heirs Executors and assigns
in trust for Wm W. Cameron and for his own proper use
benefit and behoof And I the said Samuel Cameron
have put the said J.C. Gardner trustee aforesaid in
possession of said property at the time of the sealing and delivery
of these presents - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this the day and date first above written
