W. Raymond has a first lien on all of the said Prince
Brockington's share of the crop to reimburse him for
any demands that he may have against him.
It is also agreed that the crops are to be in the care
and custody of the said John W. Raymond until
all gathered and the cotton ginned when they may
be divided

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the fifteenth day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and seventy between Alexander P. Price of the
County of Marion and State aforesaid of the first part and
James Hagood of the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
of the second part Witnesseth; That the said Alexander P.
Price for and in consideration of the sum of four thousand
dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said James Haygood his heirs and assigns all that
tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid and described
as follows Four hundred and thirty six (436) acres in
the west part of section thirty and 31 Township Eleven
(11) Range twenty one of the Arredondo Grant - The North
half of section thirty six (36) Township Eleven (11) Range
twenty (20) of the same Grant supposed to contain
Three hundred and twenty five (325) acres more or less
and the breadth of Twenty (20) chains of the west side
of section twenty six (26) Township Eleven (11) Range
Twenty (20) of the said Arredondo Grant: The whole
of said parcels supposed to contain nine hundred
(900) acres more or less To have and to hold the said
bargained premises with all and singular the tenements
and hereditaments thereto belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining to him the said James Haygood his
heirs and assigns in fee simple forever - and the
said Alexander P. Price his heirs Executors and ad-
minstrators the said bargained premises unto him
