was formerly known as the Cunningham place in Alachua County
State of Florida a horse or mule & feed the Same the necessary
farming implements and the Seed to plant the Said land and to give
the Said Thos White one half of all that is raised on the thirty five
Acres of land The Said Thomas White in Consideration of the above
agreement agrees and promises to prepare for and plant and work and
gather the Crop raised on the Said land under the Control and direction
of the Said D.W. Ridgell and to Clear around and keep the fence up
around the Said land and to have three hands at work every day

Cancelled binds himself and agrees to harvest and deliver to the said D.W. Rid-

Corn fodder Cotton and Every thing Else made or Enough thereof to
fully Satisfy and Sufficiently pay him for all the Advances he the Said
D.W. Ridgell may make me and will not remove one pound of
Cotton nor remove one Ear of Corn until he is paid - In witness Whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and seals this Mar 25th A.D.

between D.W. Ridgell of the State of Florida and County of Alachua
And Isam Cunningham of the Same State and County of the
Second part - Witnesseth: That the said D.W. Ridgell hath
let and by these presents doth grant and to farm let the Said
Isam Cunningham have Thirty Acres of land on what
was formerly known as the Cunningham Place in Alachua
County and State of Florida from the first day of January 1871
