J.H. Ropers lot or James Sanches lot together with all and singu-
lar the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances and all the
Estate title and interest of the said party of the first part therein
and the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree
with the said party of the second part that at the time of the delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful owner of the
premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute
and that he will warrant and defend the above granted premises
in the quiet and peacable possession of the said party of the sec-
ond part her heirs and assigns forever - In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eighth day of March
in the year one thousand Eight hundred and sixty nine 1869 -

This Indenture made and Entered into this the tenth day of
June Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and seventy one between
Mary J. Hicks and John E. Hicks of the City of Gainesville County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and
James Doig of the city and State aforesaid party of the second
part Witnesseth; That the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of six hundred dollars to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof 
is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bar-
gained sold transferred and by these presents do give
grant bargain alien transfer sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part all that certain land and lots in
the City of Gainesville aforesaid known on the map of said
City made by P. Henry Young as lots one (1) Thirteen (13) in the
Ingram Addition to said City with all that piece or parcel
of land East of said lot to the run of Sweet Water branch also
all the remaining part of the lands included in the Deed
form Samuel W. Burnett to David L. Yulee President dated
4th March 1864 Except all that portion of the same lying on
on the East side of the Rail Road Track and reserve and
south of the wagon road between Gainesville and Micanopy
as it Existed on the sixth day of March Eighteen hundred
