Assurances for the more effectual Conveying the Same
with the appurtenances as may be required by them and that
I the Said Berry F. Parker will and my heirs Executors and
Administrators shall warrant and forever defend unto the
said Jane A. Clark her heirs and assigns the right and
title to the premises hereby granted and Conveyed against
the Claim or Claims of all persons Claiming or to
Claim by through or under me and against the Claim
or Claims of all persons whatsoever: In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 8th day of
September in the year AD Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Six

Six between Jane Parker and Jane A. Clark Witnesseth
that the Said Jane Parker wife of Berry F. Parker for
and in Consideration of the Sum of five dollars in
hand paid hath and do by these presents relinquish
release and assign all her right of dower to and in
the following described lot or parcel of land lying
and situate in the County and State aforesaid &
Known as the SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Section 5, Township
                 in
8 S R.20 E Contain^g 40 Acres more or less to have
and to hold the same from all right of dower from
me and this relinquishment and sale is done of my
own free will and accord and from no Compulsion
from my husband  -     }
